I would not call my superior a "bad guy". They have done no harm to the Chosen.

They are simply trying to rehabilitate the Chosen that are selected for this world.

Arrests are made in various worlds, are they not? It's something similar to what happens here.

Cops are the worst, you know? They can arrest people just by making up any reason they want. They can do whatever they want because they have 'power'. People steal something to eat because they're going to starve otherwise, and a cop arrests them. Someone sleeps out on the ground because they don't have a home, and they get arrested.

There's a reason no one trusts the pigs.

It's not an arrest in a conventional way. It's rehabilitation. Like...

Some worlds have rehabilitation centers for injuries and illnesses. We consider it more like that. Except the "injuries" in this case are the ways that you all think and behave.
